At JoyAmo we strive to make every piece of personalized jewelry as precious and beautiful as the moment it commemorates. If your item arrives damaged, incorrectly designed, or is simply not what you expected, please let us know immediately, and we’ll do our utmost to recreate it to your full satisfaction. RETURN POLICY

New, unworn items can be returned to JoyAmo within 120 days of delivery. Please note that because all our personalized items are one-of-a-kind, those returns will incur a 30% restocking fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized items. If you would like to cancel your purchase, a restocking fee of 30% will be applied over the total amount of the item. To cancel your order, please contact  support@joyamojewelry.com

Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. The credit card or PayPal account you used to purchase your item/s will be refunded. The refund procedure may take up to 10 business days from the day your refund was approved, depending on the policy of the credit card you used to pay for your order
